Professional Role

I joined the Department of Linguistics & English Language in July 2006. Prior to that I worked in the Institute for Health Research at Lancaster University.

Along with my colleague Lou Williams, I look after the department's undergraduate students. I am the main point of contact for Part II (second- and final-year students) and visiting undergraduate students, but welcome enquiries from all current and prospective students (especially from July to September, when Louise is busy co-ordinating the EAP / Study Skills courses).

I can be found in C49 County South and my office is open for student enquiries from 9.30am to 12.00pm and from 2.00pm to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
