Greg Myers is an Academician of the Academy for the Social Sciences

The Department of Linguistics and English Language is delighted to announce that Professor Greg Myers has been made an Academician of the Academy for the Social Sciences. He was nominated by the British Association for Applied Linguistics (BAAL). The Chair of BAAL, Prof Guy Cook, commented that "Greg has consistently broadened and enriched the scope of Applied Linguistics over the years".
